Said to emphasize that both people or parties involved in a difficult situation must accept the blame, or that an activity needs two people who are willing to take part for it to happen:
- Yet, as you know, it takes two to tango and two willing parties to achieve an agreement.
- Let us always remember that when it comes to discussions and dialogue with somebody with whom we have had difficulties, it takes two to tango.
